£85M Regent Street Opportunity Launched For Sale by TT&G Partners

TT&G Partners has been instructed by Hermes and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) to market 100 Regent Street for sale at a quoting price of £85m reflecting a net initial yield of 7.2% and a capital value of £1,591 per sq ft.

The building comprises three flagship retail units with seven office floors above, totalling 53,426 sq ft and includes Mulberry’s flagship store.
